The Platform, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by TrueRewardsPlatform and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rewards will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueRewardsPlatform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueRewardsPlatform from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
